Elk Hill is currently recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO provides executive leadership and strategic direction for long-term financial planning. They will be responsible for working collaboratively as a member of the Executive Leadership Team to provide strategic support to business operations and the implementation of organization objectives. The CFO will develop the annual budget, financial forecast, pro forma projections, and financial impact evaluations. Management and leadership experience required.

 

We are looking for candidates that possess:

  • Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in Finance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Financial, or accounting fields required; an advanced degree in finance (MBA), preferred.

  • Financial/accounting systems proficiency

  • Planning and organizing skills – ability to plan and organize, use time efficiently and develop realistic action plans for the Business department

  • Ability to understand the strategic relationship between effective administrative management and core business functions

  • Ability to build engaging relationships with all organizational stakeholders through trust, teamwork, and direct communication
