We are looking for a full-time Marketing Communications Manager that can work at our Goochland, Virginia location. This position is responsible for the creation and execution of internal and external communications to grow and strengthen Elk Hill’s organizational culture, broaden name recognition in the community, and develop stronger relationships with current and potential donors. The Marketing Communications Manager will also be responsible for internal communications including Elk Hill’s intranet site, as well as external communications to include public service announcements, advertisements, and direct mail.
If you decide to apply, we are hoping that you have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of experience and education with two years of relevant fundraising experience, preferred
High level computer literacy and familiarity with new technologies, including social media, Google Analytics, SEO, web design, video editing, etc. Experience with Microsoft Publisher, Canva, Adobe, and html code strongly preferred.
Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, results driven, proactive, productive, able to work in a fast-paced environment
