We are looking for a full-time Residential Program Director to oversee the all male Elk Hill Charlottesville Group Home in Charlottesville, VA. We need employees that can create and maintain an environment that will enable youth to develop and sustain positive changes in attitude, values, and behavior. Provide youth and staff with positive role-modeling of Elk Hill’s core values; demonstrate a high level of on-going competence in leadership and supervision.
Employees must have received or willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination is required. Elk Hill Farm, Inc. is most concerned with the overall health and safety of the youth and families we serve, and staff associated with our organization.
If you decide to apply, we are hoping that you:
Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or any Human Services degree, AND certified as a QMHP-Trainee or QMHP-C.
Have a combination of three years of professional experience with children, in children's residential facility and in administration/supervision.
Have experience in supervising and managing staff in a residential setting, preferred.
