We are looking for a full-time Program Director for our Elk Hill Charlottesville Group Home in Charlottesville, VA. We need employees that can create and maintain an environment that will enable youth to develop and sustain positive changes in attitude, values, and behavior. Provide youth and staff with positive role-modeling of Elk Hill’s core values; demonstrate a high level of on-going competence in leadership and supervision.

 

If you decide to apply, we are hoping that you:

  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or any Human Services degree, AND certified as a QMHP-Trainee or QMHP-C.

  • Have a combination of three years of professional experience with children, in children's residential facility and in administration/supervision.

  • Have experience in supervising and managing staff in a residential setting, preferred.
