Elk Hill is currently recruiting for a temporary, full-time One-to-One Aide at our Elk Hill Staunton School in Staunton, VA. Employees in this role help to create and maintain an environment that will enable the student to make positive changes in attitude, values, and behavior through group and individual treatment modalities. Additionally, they work to build a positive, caring relationship with the student, assist with classroom management, and assist the student with developing coping skills. **This position is paid hourly**
We are looking for candidates that:
High School diploma
Can work during the school day, Monday through Friday while the student is attending school.
Experience in the human services/education field
