We are looking for a Residential Case Manager that can work in our all female group home in Bremo Bluff, VA. We need an employee that can ensure quality service planning and programming for clients in our care. Not only will this person serve as an ambassador for Elk Hill to all outside referring and placing agencies, but they will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the documentation that supports our youth at our Spring Garden Group Home location. This position typically works Monday-Friday during the day and requires on-call duties, as required.

Have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a human services or special education field AND one year of clinical experience providing direct behavioral health services to children.
Have previous experience working with youth in a group home,
Have the ability to develop and coordinate a youth's service plan and support their planning needs,
