We are looking for a full-time Residential House Manager that can work in our all female group home in Bremo Bluff, VA. To implement and supervise a structured program of care consistent with the organization’s mission and the Program Director’s overall residential program. Employees in this role will be required to maintain a high standard of childcare during coverage, including appropriate documentation of each shift.

  • A baccalaureate degree in social work or psychology and two years of professional experience working with children, one year of which must have been in a residential facility for children; or

  • A bachelor’s degree and grandfathered as a QMHP or have a variance as a QMHP, by meeting DMAS standards for qualifications through related course work and experience, and a combination of two years professional experience with children, one year of which must have been in a residential facility for children
