Elk Hill is recruiting for a part-time Visit Supervisor/Parent Coach in the Charlottesville, VA area. They will be a positive role models for at-risk youth, help to develop interpersonal and social skills, teach clients different ways to have "leisure time", and help them with problem-solving skills. This person also provides case management, skill building, parent education, and support services to identified client on video conference.

We are looking for candidates that:

  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

  • Experience working with children and/or adolescents

  • Willingness to travel and work non-traditional business hours

  • Exhibit consistent personal integrity in dealings with youth, families, co-workers, and agency personnel
