Douglas Harvey

Douglas Harvey joined Elk Hill in March 2023. He has extensive experience in nonprofit, governmental, and corporate financial management, serving in leadership and in board/governance roles. Mr. Harvey is responsible for the financial management of Elk Hill including analyzing and interpreting financial results, developing budgets and financial models, as well as overseeing internal controls and reporting. Douglas earned a B.S. from Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
