Douglas Harvey

Douglas Harvey joined Elk Hill in March 2023. He has experience in both nonprofit and corporate financial management having previously served as Chief Financial Officer at United Network of Organ Sharing (UNOS) and Director of Finance at Community Care Network of Virginia dba Cenevia. He brings 35 years as a proven leader who works effectively with leadership, staff, and Boards. Mr. Harvey is responsible for the financial management of Elk Hill including analyzing and interpreting financial results, developing budgets and financial models as well continuously improving internal controls and reporting.
Douglas earned a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has been involved in a variety of community organizations including the Citizens Budget Advisory Committee for Chesterfield Public Schools, Virginia Biotechnology Research Park Authority, Girl Scouts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and school- based PTA organizations. He and his family live in Midlothian.
